Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return :
To initiate a return, write an email to e-commerce@vavgetme.com. Include your order details, reason for the return, and pictures of the item with its original packaging. We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Processing the request will take 1-3 business days.

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address :

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Delivery Option for Returns : 
We offer a convenient delivery option to help you return your product. We can arrange for a pick-up from your location to bring the product back to our office. Please note that this service comes with a charge, which will vary depending on your location.

Refund Process :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to you via an online payment transaction within 15 business days. Please note that we cannot provide refunds in cash or give cash by hand. All refunds will be made exclusively through online payment methods.

Exchanges :
To exchange an item, you’ll need to return the original product, and once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
